About Joy
Joy Ferrara is the founder and principal designer at Home Joy Designs, an award winning and nationally recognized full-service boutique interior design studio located in Ashburn, Virginia since 2018.
Joy comes to the design world in part of a second career after over a decade working in fashion, luxury goods, and consumer goods marketing, in New York and Boston. She has earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with a concentration in Finance and an MBA in Marketing. She and her family have called beautiful Loudoun County home since 2010.
Using her varied life experience and a focus on training her eye, Joy excels at trend spotting and putting together rooms with both traditional roots and a modern, fresh appeal. She designs in order to allow clients’ personal expression to shine through, while delivering a one of kind home.
